يمكنك حذف حسابك مباشرة من داخل التطبيق:

  1. افتح التطبيق وانتقل إلى الإعدادات.
  2. اضغط على حذف الحساب.
  3. أكّد ذلك في الرسالة التي تظهر.

ما الذي يحدث

تتم إزالة اسمك ورقم جوالك من حسابك ومن أي مكان يظهر فيه للمستخدمين الآخرين. يتم حذف سجل تسجيل الدخول الخاص بك (رموز تسجيل الدخول لمرة واحدة وعناوين IP المستخدمة لطلبها) وبيانات تسجيل جهازك للإشعارات ومرفقاتك (الصور والتسجيلات الصوتية) نهائيًا. يتم إلغاء تفعيل حسابك فورًا، ويتم تسجيل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة.

ما الذي يبقى محفوظًا

لأغراض حفظ السجلات التجارية المشروعة، يُحتفظ بسجل تذاكرك ورسائلك السابقة، لكن دون إظهار اسمك أو رقم جوالك — إذ يظهر بشكل مجهول الهوية.

لا يزال بإمكانك طلب حذف حسابك — راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني luay@unitedpharmacy-tech.com من العنوان أو رقم الجوال المرتبط بحسابك، وسنقوم بمعالجة نفس عملية الحذف الموضحة أعلاه.

Delete your account

IT House — Pharmacy Support Ticketing System

You can delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

What this does

Your name and phone number are removed from your account and from anything visible to other users. Your login history (one-time login codes and the IP addresses used to request them), your device's push-notification registration, and your own photo/voice attachments are permanently deleted. Your account is deactivated immediately and you're logged out everywhere.

What this keeps

For legitimate business record-keeping, your past ticket and message history is retained, but no longer shows your name or phone number — it appears anonymized.

Already uninstalled the app?

You can still request account deletion — email luay@unitedpharmacy-tech.com from the address or phone number associated with your account, and we'll process the same deletion described above.
